What You Can Exchange or Return
BOIISH unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it free of defect in its original packaging, including labels and hangtags and choose another item.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Swimsuits (bikinis or trunks) are not returnable. Please check your correct size before placing your order. Returns or exchanges must be done within 7 business days of purchase or receipt of the order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form. Please call to get a Return Authorization form and number.

Items purchased from the BOIISH Online Store can only be exchanged or returned by contacting the BOIISH Exchanges/Returns Department. Items purchased at individual stores, must go through the appropriate store channels and are subject to their respective store’s policies.

How to Exchange & Return
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the BOIISH Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions.

1. Place the items you wish to return in a box
2. You must include a copy of the invoice
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
4. Please indicate if you want to exchange or return

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

For exchanges, please allow up to 10 business days upon receipt of the item at BOIISH for your new item to arrive.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address. A 15% re-stocking fee will be imposed on all cancelled orders.
