Conditions
All orders are subject to acceptance by our Sales Department. All prices are subject to state and use taxes, as well as occupational excise (where applicable). Merchandise listed herein is subject to withdrawal or changes, without notice. We assume no liability for delays in or failure or to conditions beyond our control, including delays of carrier, accidents, strikes, war, acts of god, or any other unavoidable causes. All sales are final.

Ordering Information
For quicker processing of your order, please order through our shopping cart service and use a credit card. To check the status of your order, please have your purchase order number ready when you speak to a customer service representative. Business hours are Monday – Friday 9-to-5 EST.

Terms
All orders are COD-Cash or Certified Check. Visa, Master Card, or Discover are accepted but require a current and valid Credit Card authorization.

Prices & Minimums
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed by the piece. There is no minimum order for retail customers. Wholesale accounts must purchase pre-packs. See Terms & Conditions for Wholesale accounts.

Refusal
A 5% restocking charge, plus all freight charges will be assessed against all unclaimed or returned shipments due to customer refusal.

Claims
All claims of shortages, damages, or incorrect goods MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All claims must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice or purchase order. No goods will be accepted after 15 days from date of invoice.

Returns
All returns must be prepaid. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please call our Exchanges/Returns Department at (347) 224-7537 for a RAN number before returning any items. Discontinued items are not returnable. Swimsuits (bikinis & trunks) are not returnable. Please check your size before placing your oder. Returns are for exchange or credit only. No Refunds. Please allow up to 10 working days to process your return. All damages must be marked with masking tape next to the damage. Please inspect all garments before processing. We do not accept returns that are decorated, or washed. Please mark the RAN number on the outside of the package, next to the mailing label, include a copy of the invoice from which the goods were purchased on, and a packaging list of items being returned. Returns of merchandise not purchased from us will not be credited, and will be returned to customer at customer’s expense within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy for more information. A 15% re-stocking fee will be imposed on all cancelled orders.

Backorders
All items out of stock will be automatically canceled from your order. If you desire notification of any shortages, please request a call back when placing your order.

Shrinkage/Color Variations
Because of the varied methods of cleaning and laundering various garments, BOIISH will not guarantee our fabrics against shrinkage. Our manufacturers use every method to hold shrinkage to a minimum. Therefore we cannot accept responsibility for the products after dyeing or cleaning. We also cannot guarantee that the colors of the garments will be identical each time and/or batch. Due to the manufacturing process there is always a color variation with each batch of merchandise. We are not responsible for any discrepancies due to color variations and /or web site calculation.
